Please join Harmony Acres to celebrate our impact throughout the Western Slope along with an inspirational presentation from our featured speaker, Rochelle Broughton.

Rochelle is a Colorado native, living here her entire life.  She was born with Spastic Diplegia, a form of Cerebral Palsy. Although she was born with physical disabilities, she has never let that stop her from living a full life. She holds a bachelor's degree in Spanish and a Master of Science degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Disability Advocacy. She has spent her life around horses and therapeutic riding programs and started riding at 11 months old. She has been with Harmony Acres since 2013 and has helped them with various public relations projects and videos. She had the opportunity to compete in some horse shows throughout her equestrian career, including Special Olympics Colorado (2002-2005). When she is not at the barn, you'll find her volunteering in the community in various locations including at her church food bank or with the Grand Junction Fire Department.
