The 2021 Drum & Fife Pommard upon tasting, the wine reveals its complexity with firm, slightly rustic, tannins that add robust character to the overall experience. An intriguing subtle burnt orange peel reveals itself, adding depth and nuance. The sip concludes with a sustained and elegantly structured finish, leaving a lasting impression.

The 2021 As One is a pinot noir that greets with earthy notes and subtle fruitiness, unveiling damp earth, Damson plum, blueberry, leather, and a hint of cedar on the nose. As you sip, fresh blueberry takes center stage, held by firm, upright tannins that mellow into blackberry and cherry. The finish is refreshingly elegant, clean, and smooth.
