Title: Doc's Jacket

Artist: Maria Carmen Conley

Medium: Fabric paint on thrifted jacket

Dimensions: Men's size Large

Animal Depicted: Doc

Doc was going to be euthanized at a very overcrowded shelter down south. He had been shot, and his leg was left shattered, so it was going to need to be amputated. Unfortunately, that was going to be a very big surgery for a very overcrowded shelter. We scooped him up, and he was the friendliest, most grateful boy, and we were so thankful that we had the resources to save his life. Doc made a quick and full recovery, and not surprisingly, he found his forever home right away.
