5:30 PM: Cocktail Hour and Silent Auction
7:00 PM: Silent Auction Closes
7:00 PM: Guests move to Ballroom for Multi-Course Dinner & Program
7:05 PM: Program and Live Auction Promptly Begin
9:00 PM: Porsche Boxster Raffle Winner Drawn
9:15 PM: Check-out, Good night and have a wonderful evening!

And even if you aren't bidding but will be attending on Friday, pre-registering your credit card is a great way to streamline your check in and be ready for the big night!
Auction Packages are taken home:
All auction packages purchased while you are at the event should be taken home at the end of the event. Please ensure that your mobile phone number and home address are correct in our system so that we expedite your checkout! You can complete that information here:
Payment:
Please Pre-Register your Credit Card for the event. All purchases and donations will be audited for accuracy and processed on the following Monday, May 12th.
What to Wear: Cocktail Attire Welcome!
At the Dougy Center's Reflection Benefit & Auction, celebrate by letting yourself shine! This is your opportunity to wear that special dress or snappy suit that hasn't seen much use in the past few years! We can't wait to see you sparkling as bright as the sun that's expected to shine!
Parking:
There is a paid parking garage directly underneath The Midtown (there is a height restriction of 6'6" for this below ground garage); its entry is from SW Broadway. Additionally, there are metered spaces in the surrounding blocks and a number of parking structures and lots in the surrounding area.
Restrooms:
All interior restrooms have accessible stalls but no power doors. There are multiple gendered, multi-user restrooms just outside our Ballroom doors on the South side of the building, compliments of a generous donation from Royal Restrooms.
Accessibility:
We are committed to ensuring that our event is accessible to all. The Midtown complies with ADA accessibility regulations. Accessible Parking: There are accessible parking spaces in the garage underneath The Midtown, and elevators bring you to our event. Our event is on one level. Prices in the garage range from $10-$18 depending on the length of your stay.
Transportation - Public Transit:
The Midtown is located near the following stops and lines:
The SW 6th & Washington stop (7803) serves routes 4, 35, 40, 44, 54, 287, 288, 292.
The Library/SW 9th Ave (8333) stop on the Blue and Red MAX lines.
