The winning bidder receives a private tour for up to ten guests of Milwaukee's Historic City Hall - including the bell tower - with Milwaukee City Clerk Jim Owczarski.
Please note that the tour involves a fair amount of climbing (steep stairs) and is not handicapped accessible. A liability waiver is required. Mutually agreeable date and time; tour will proceed weather permitting.
Cool Fact: The 22,500 pound bell - named "Solomon Juneau" after Milwaukee's first mayor - was fabricated from melted copper and tin from old church and firehouse bells around the City, and was hoisted to the tower in 1896, first chiming on New Year's Eve.
