It has hardwood floors, a large kitchen, a laundry in the unit, 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, an internet & fitness center, and two parking spaces. It is located just across the street from restaurants and shops near Stickney Point. The condo has access to 2 pools with chairs & umbrellas and chairs on the beach. A free shuttle will take you around the island/village for shopping, restaurants, and more. There is a small grocery/pharmacy across the street from the condo and a few neighborhood restaurants within walking distance.

The unit is unavailable in January - April because that is a two-week rental period vs. one week. Availability is listed on the website.

Maximum occupancy is six people. They do monitor this very closely.

It must be a Saturday-to-Saturday rental. This is a one-week rental.

This is a non-smoking unit, and no pets are allowed.
