Sanit Khewhok (born 1944) is a Thai painter, sculptor, curator, and conservator. Born in Trang, Thailand, he graduated from Silpakorn University in 1969 and earned a master's in mural painting and conservation from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome in 1975. Khewhok served as the modern art curator at the National Gallery of Thailand (1985-1986) and became a Buddhist monk in 1985. After moving to Hawai'i in 1986, he worked as chief conservator at The Contemporary Museum, Honolulu, from 1988 to 2008. He held solo exhibitions there in 1989 and at the Honolulu Museum of Art in 2010, where he received the Catharine E. B. Cox Award for Excellence in the Visual Arts. His works are in the collections of the Hawaii State Art Museum and the Honolulu Museum of Art.
