Join Steve Rigdon -- SNW staff and member of the Yakama Nation -- for a private, three-hour guided tour of Columbia Hills Historical State Park near Lyle, Washington. This exclusive experience for up to ten people offers breathtaking high-desert panoramas and an intimate look at the sacred Native American petroglyphs at Horsethief Lake. As your personal guide, Steve will share his deep knowledge of the area and the ancestral wisdom passed down through generations. If time permits and conditions are favorable, he may also lead you to the traditional tribal fishing platforms at Klickitat Falls.

As an added bonus, you'll take home traditionally caught, vacuum-sealed salmon to enjoy later. The park offers restrooms, water, and picnic tables, but please note that dogs are not allowed. A parking pass is $10 per day, or a Discover Pass ($30 annually) is accepted. This tour is available April through October, and must be booked in advance with Steve for October 2025 or April-October 2026, weather permitting. Transportation to and from the park is the responsibility of the auction winner, and participants should be able to traverse uneven, unpaved paths.
