Michigan Getaway

Enjoy a delightful, one-week stay at a condominium in one of Michigan's most highly rated beach communities, Ludington, located at the mouth of the Pere Marquette River at Lake Michigan. The condominium complex is located next to Waterfront Park, a five-acre park on the harbor and within minutes of the beach and the S.S. Badger, a passenger ferry which operates across Lake Michigan. It is just a short walk to the beach or a short drive to the sand dunes, trails, and the Big Sable Lighthouse at Ludington State Park. Stroll to the shops, restaurants, and brew pubs in downtown Ludington. Several public or semi-private golf courses are within a 10-minute drive. The condo is a 4th floor unit that sleeps up to six (3 bedrooms, each with a queen or double bed, and 2 baths). It has a Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, and large deck overlooking the pool. The complex also has gas grills, a small clubhouse, and an exercise room. Available on a mutually agreed date between September 10, 2025 and September 9, 2026 (excluding the week of the Fourth of July and Labor Day Weekend).

In addition to a beautiful condo in Ludington, we have arranged to have a 38ft. Sea Ray fishing boat to take our lucky guests out for some big game fishing on Lake Michigan. It can accommodate 6 guests /passengers and would be at a time of the guests' choosing pending availability. The commitment includes a "deep sea" excursion in search of King and Coho Salmon, Steelhead, and other native fish species in Lake Michigan. Morning or afternoon trips are possible during the week. They will handle all equipment, fish cleaning, and prep. What a beautiful way to experience the shores of Lake Michigan and the Ludington area!
