About the Artist:

Tony began his professional working career in the advertising business. In his position as a graphic designer, he created business logos and designed all types of advertising material for production. After spending several years working within this field, he felt the need to do more and serve my community.

After applying at several local area law enforcement agencies, he started his career with the Boulder County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy in September of 1991. Taking advantage of all of the varied duties that the department had to offer, he increased his knowledge base and experience as he moved forward in his career. After 28 years of service, he retired from the department at the rank of Sergeant.

While serving with the BCSO, he re-entered the "art world" as a means of keeping himself centered and as a way of dealing with the stress of the job. He joined the Arvada Fine Arts Guild and have been an active member for over 15 years while creating fine art paintings in the form of landscapes, wildlife, still life and old cars and trucks.
