Description:
This quilt was a result of 10 women in a quilting bee gathering some of their scrap pieces together and sewing up those scraps to create something warm and comforting out of what would otherwise be considered less valuable and discarded.

Artist Statement:
As a group, we are passionate about assisting organizations that support inclusion. Because the world feels very chaotic and many people are not feeling loved and supported, we thought it was important to come together and create something that represents safety and warmth. GSAFE is an important part of fostering that love we feel.
