Chef Nick Escoto of Flying Boar Kitchen is a culinary virtuoso born and raised in Greater Boston area and seasoned through experiences across the globe. With a culinary school externship in Italy and a commitment to exploring his Dominican roots and cuisine through constant travel, Chef Nick brings a rich tapestry of flavors to your table. Currently you can find Flying Boar's freshly made firewood oven pizzas in regular pop-up's at breweries across the state of Massachusetts including a regular weekend appearance in Long Live Beerworks Brewery in Roxbury. Auction package includes freshly fired pizzas, seasonal salad and a side dish made by Chef Nick for a party of 20 on a day mutually agreed with the winner. Package also includes case of wine from Matt and Yanina Reid.

Contents include: A private wood-fired pizza party for 20, featuring pizzas, seasonal salad, and a side dish prepared on-site by Chef Nick Escoto of Flying Boar Kitchen and case of wine donated by Matt and Yanina Reid.

Restrictions: Maximum of 20 attendees. Date must be mutually agreed upon. Winner must provide suitable space to accommodate a wood-fired pizza oven. Valid for one event only. No cash value. Must be 21+ to redeem.
