2"x72" Belt Grinder
This product is marketed towards anyone with a shop. 2"x72" belt grinders are heavily marketed towards the knife/toolmaking community but they are very versatile in any shop. They are much
safer than a bench grinder with a rock and offer a variety of different attachments to increase work flow and precision. There are also a plethora of different belts that can be tailored towards different needs and are easily interchangeable. The major competitors for this build would be Ameribrade, Oregon Blade Maker, and Grizzly.

On the technical side of things, our Windowmaker 2"x72" Belt Grinder features a 2hp motor with a Variable Frequency Drive system utilizing a 5 inch drive wheel. This allows you to control the speed of your belt with a maximum rating of 4520 surface feet per minute. It utilizes a 120v input and the grinder and stand weigh around 150 lbs.

Our grinder features a tilting work table that can be oriented at a number of different angles to accommodate any need you may have for this grinder. We have included 3d printed jigs featuring different angles that allow you to quickly set your work table to a variety of angles.
Another feature are the different tooling arms. Included is a large contact wheel that allows for smooth grinding of material. The rubber surface of the wheel allows the user to grind their material against a softer surface which adds a smoother finish. Also included is a small wheel attachment. This allows you to get into tight corners and areas that even an angle grinder cant reach.

We have included a set of magnetic jigs that can be utilized as a fence at different angles. You can then accurately grind different angles or even bevel pipe accurately using this fence.

Our grinder also features an adjustable height stand that allows you to tailor the height to your personal height preference.
Last but not least our grinder features a tilting mechanism that can convert it into a horizontal grinder. This is great for accurately making long grinds on materials or cleaning up plasma cut
