Casa Fuentecica is nestled in the hills of Andalucia. This fabulous villa, within walking distance of Bedar, includes a handful of local bars and restaurants, a few shops, a bakery, and a pharmacy.

The popular resort of Mojacar, with its long stretch of beach, is just a 20-minute drive and offers a vast array of restaurants, beach bars, shops, and the fishing port of Garrucha.

All the villa's bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have air conditioning. The house opens out from the mezzanine lounge onto a terrace, which provides an inviting setting for alfresco dining and an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful mountain and sea views down towards the coastline of Mojacar in the distance.

If you need a cook during your stay, this can be arranged on a time-plus-materials basis.

Bedar is an authentic Spanish village that has existed since the Moors. It is located on the lower slopes of the Filabres mountains in Andalucia, approximately 15 km inland from the coast. As you drive towards this picturesque mountain village, Bedar becomes a focal point. It sits astride a pretty hillside setting in a quiet, calm atmosphere and retains many original cottages that line the narrow streets and little alleyways.

We cannot guarantee high-season weeks (June, July, and August). Out-of-season weeks will likely be available, but we will try to meet the winning bidder's preferred week or get as close to it as possible. Travel costs to and from the villa are not included.
