This home has great decks for watching the sunset, a boat dock and is great for families. It's in a neighborhood, so not ok for big loud parties. 10 guests, 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2.5 baths

Our home is located in the quaint town of Burnet TX and has over 200' of waterfront off the main lake in a cove. It's great for fishing, boating and just relaxin'! We've just completed a remodel: new paint, windows, added a new deck and more! The home is located on a hill so it does have stairs. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, huge living room overlooking the lake, the master and kitchen.

We've got about everything you would need in the kitchen from blender to Keurig coffee maker, and a charcoal BBQ out on the deck. There are some games and books for your use while you are there as well.
Head on downstairs to 2 other bedrooms, one with a private deck and a bathroom and laundry room.

Lake Buchanan is the largest of the chain of lakes in the Austin area and is not constant level, so fluctuates a bunch

The entire house is available, as well as the large yard, decks and boat dock. You'll have to share the lake though!
