n Overnight lodging (double occupancy). Each guest room has private bathroom and private entrance to outdoors. All linens provided.

n Use of two pickleball courts, yoga studio, indoor gathering area, steam shower and fire pit.

n Buyer agrees to book and confirm the reservation by March 31, 2025 (has to use the package by February 2, 2026).

n Buyer may extend the retreat to a two-day for additional cost.

Restrictions:

n Dates to mutually agreed upon subjected to availability. Can be weekend or mid-week. Blackout dates apply: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter.

n Expires February 2, 2026.

n No unaccompanied minors. No pets allowed.

n Excludes alcoholic beverages (you are welcome to bring your own).
