THE CHAIRMEN EMERITUS DINNER AT REDBIRD

The prestigious Chairmen Emeritus Dinner will take place at Redbird, Los Angeles' award-winning restaurant housed in one of the city's most historic architectural gems, the first Archdiocese Catholic Cathedral. Chef Neal Fraser and his wife Amy Knoll Fraser have infused the refined, yet approachable, Modern American cuisine with the multi-cultural influences of Los Angeles. Your party of 16 will enjoy an extensive tasting dinner menu selected by Chef Neal, which includes several dishes served family style over three courses in Bishop's Perch, a traditional private dining room with an outdoor patio and bar with views of Los Angeles skyline. In keeping with tradition, the former Wine Auction Chairs have selected their best to pair with the equally exquisite dinner.
