This package includes a 4 day and 3 night stay in beautiful Kennebunk, Maine. The dates are negotiable from October 2025-May 2026 and can be mutually agreed upon with the owner and auction winner.

If you are looking to spend a few days by the beach, then this is your place! Check the location - you won't get closer than this. This large Maine 'cottage' was renovated over the winter of 2013 with new wrap porch, expanded kitchen, laundry, and first floor bathroom. It was renovated again in 2020 with two new bathrooms on second floor.

There are unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and only a few steps away from the white sands of Gooch's Beach in Kennebunk, Maine. Ride the waves, explore the tide pools, enjoy miles of ocean front biking, surfing, walk to the playground, sign up for a whale watching trip or just relax on the beach. The property is a short pleasant walk to the well known Kennebunkport area, where there are plenty of shops, boutiques and wonderful restaurants to enjoy.

The house has an open deck for dining and sunning, as well as a large closed porch for chillier nights. The dining room, kitchen and living room on the first floor provide vacationers with plenty of space and ocean views from all rooms. This winter, the house was upgraded to include an additional first floor bathroom, laundry, and expanded kitchen area. Wake to the sound (and the view!) of the waves from any of the 4 second floor bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen bed has a in suite half bath and connects to a second bedroom which has a king bed and full bath. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds.
