Celebrate faith and artistry with this stunning piece, "Cross In Honor of James 1:27," crafted for this auction by a beloved local artist and dedicated supporter of the Widowed Parent Relief Project (WPRP).

Handmade with reverence, this unique work blends natural materials and heartfelt intention, making it a meaningful addition to any home while supporting WPRP's mission to uplift widowed families in Knoxville.

This beautiful piece was created with James 1:27 in mind. "Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world."

Widowed Parent Relief Project is living this verse in Knoxville through the amazing support they offer widowed parents and families.

This frame is white oak hard wood and the outer frame is 30'' x 22''. The white oak frame is 2 3/4'' deep and 1 5/16'' thick.

The artist kept the white oak with its natural color and the combination of the wood frame, woven blue fabric, and natural Mexican Amate bark paper create a beautiful display for the Monkeypod cross and Saint Benedict Metal Crucifix.

The natural tones and materials combine to create a very reverent display of the One True Cross.
