On the San Juan Islands in Washington State lies an arena for some of the most magical creatures of the sea. Enjoy a chartered boat ride and get close enough to appreciate the majesty melodies of whales. A knowledgeable marine naturalist will accompany your group on board to keep you informed and answer any questions you may have. Most of the whales are orcas but many grey, minke and humpback whales have been known to frequent the area as well. Get up close and personal with nature in this adventure of a lifetime! This is a full day experience that will require a rental car.
The San Juan Islands is approximately 90 miles from downtown Seattle. Plan your day for leaving early in the morning and possibly not returning to your hotel until 8:00pm on the day of your chosen excursion.
