This event will be prepared by Chef Rob Evans, former Chef-Owner of Hugo's Restaurant and DUCKFAT in Portland Maine. Chef Evans has been awarded the James Beard Best Chef Northeast and Food & Wine Top 10 Chef. The Paella will feature the best of Maine's seafood including lobster. This meal makes for a fun outdoor event as the extra large paella pan is prepared over a large gas flame allowing guests to gather around to watch the preparations.
Hosted at your home or event space (within 2-hours of Portland), this exclusive culinary event brings the magic of a traditional Spanish feast to your doorstep. Whether it's a celebration, client appreciation, or just a good excuse to gather friends, this is an extraordinary chance to indulge in world-class food, Spanish wines donated by Duckfat, and hospitality.
