Casa Los Primos is a private home on the sand in a safe gated beach community. The 8,000 sf house has a huge outdoor kitchen complete with a pizza oven and top of the line BBQ. Enjoy the amazing ocean views, while relaxing by the firepit. Surfing, horseback riding, sand dunes, zip lining, music, dancing, and great food are at your fingertips. The house is 30 minutes from the Valle de Guadalupe wine country where you can enjoy wine and amazing food with beautiful vistas.

The 8,000 square foot home sleeps 26. It has 9 bedrooms, 7 full baths and 2 half baths. There are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms. The space is comprised of the upstairs main floor, middle room, bottom level, and 2 breathtaking balcony/patios with ample space, beach access and amazing views. The upstairs main floor consists of a main house with large chefs kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a courtyard, 2 large separate casitas with their own private baths. The upstairs balcony offers 180 degree unobstructed views of the ocean. The kids can escape to the game room on the middle level and jump on the playstation, watch a movie or compete with the adults for play time on one of the 412 games on the the cocktail arcade. The lower level has 4 bedrooms and two full baths and a second living room and kitchen. The lower ocean front patio offers a beautiful palapa with a huge stone dining table, a brand new outdoor kitchen complete with pizza oven, sink and top of the line grill, and a huge fire pit. There are beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and Pacific Ocean. You can watch the surfers and dolphins and even catch a glimpse of whales as the migrate.

Playa La Mision is in a gated community with 24 hour guard. We offer 6 parking spaces, 4 spaces in 2 of our 2 car garages and 2 more blocking those garage spaces. If you have more than 6 vehicles, you can rent space in the empty lot directly behind our home for a minimal fee. Inquire if necessary. You can easily walk and drive to get groceries, dining, shopping etc. We can recommend charters for excursions, wine tasting, or airport transfers.
