Artist: Ed Mighell (Point Hope)
Inupiaq craftsman Ed Mighell captures the story of Sedna on a stunning, high-quality art tile. Made in 2007 from vitrified clay sourced from Alaska's Bootlegger Cove, this piece is both versatile and timeless. It can be displayed as wall art or used in a fireplace, shower stall, kitchen backsplash, or even as a coaster. Inspired by his hometown of Point Hope, which holds pottery shards dating back 5,000 years, Ed Mighell strives to preserve and celebrate this ancient art form.
