Social Hour:

Wine: Santa Margherita Spumante Rosata - Italy

A refreshing, dry sparking rosé with fine bubbles, delicate aromas, and a crisp, balanced palate.

Salad:

Roasted Beet Salad

With feta cheese, avocado, and arugula and served with a Dijon-maple syrup vinaigrette

Wine: Raeburn Chardonnay - California

Known for its bright fruit character, creamy texture, and toasted vanilla notes.

Braised Short Rib

With au gratin potatoes and maple-bacon glazed brussels sprouts

Cabbage Schnitzel
