No child is denied an opportunity to be a camper because of their inability to pay. SFAH provides more than $200,000 in financial aid rewards to approximately 100 of the neediest children every summer. Over the years thousands of campers have benefited from their carefree summers in the fresh air.
Your donation will provide support a camper during their two-week stay.
Bring up to nine campers to the Home for a fun-filled and educational weekend where activities range from beach campfires, bowling, pumpkin picking, arts and crafts, karaoke, movies and more.
Your contribution will support staffing, food and activities for an off-season weekend.
Support Home Away from Home programs which provides life skill lab workshops that teach independent living skills, personal care needs, job readiness and postsecondary education.
Our assistive technology program enables children to participate in activities through the use of high-and-low tech equipment aimed at providing access to age appropriate, meaningful activities. Assistive technology is utilized to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capabilities of persons with disabilities.
Our adaptive gaming center allows children with disabilities to have the identical experience as their able-bodied peers and siblings. This program levels the playing field by providing a life-altering, complete esteem building experience and the opportunity to compete with and against those of varied abilities, feeling equal to all in the activity and experiencing true team work.
Fun happenings include camp fire dances, brain freeze, Hypno Joe, wish boats,
pajama party, SFAH Book of Records, SFAH Idol, Friday Night.
Sponsor a day out on our beautiful sailboat where the children will enjoy cool sea breezes and amazing vistas of the Hamptons.
A favorite activity for all our campers, your donation will go directly toward funding a full day of swimming at the Fresh Air Home.

Jill Krutick is an American contemporary abstract expressionist who painted privately for over 30 years and studied at The Art Students League of New York. In 2010, she began publicly exhibiting her work. She has been praised by world-famous art critics and has had four solo museum exhibitions and scores of group exhibitions both in the U.S. and several major European cities. Her most recent solo museum exhibition in 2023 featured a site-specific 85-foot long abstract artwork, "Coral Beliefs," at Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum, Ohio. The mixed media on panel work captures both the exquisite beauty and the unprecedented tribulations faced by coral reefs around the world today.
