90% + High Efficiency indoor natural gas tankless water heaters designed for continuous hot water. The Built-in re-circulation pump with auto-learning programming not only provides instant hot water but also only provides it when needed. Industry leading low flow activation with a minimum from rate and minimum activation flow rate of .50 GPM. Additional safety features include flame sensor, overheat cut off switch, gas and water leak detectors, and exhaust and water temperature detectors.

Home must have space to mount tank within 15' of exterior basement wall. 3/4" gas, water supply, and electrical supply at location of install is required to accommodate water flow and necessary BTUs. Home must also have accessible ceiling and clear unobstructed wall space.
