Revocable Trust: A will-substitute arrangement designed to provide a continuing financial management structure in the event of disability, avoid probate complications, and provide for your children after your deaths.

Wills: Appoint Executors for your estates and guardians for your children. Transfer to your Trust any assets not already transferred there by you during your lifetimes.

Durable General Powers of Attorney: For financial matters; designed to avoid the necessity of court-appointed guardianship in the event you become mentally incapacitated.

Durable Medical Powers of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives: Appoints an "agent" to make medical treatment decisions for you should you become incapable of making an informed medical decision.
