Karen Talbot Pheasant Print in a hand-made Birdseye Maple Frame and two Pheasant print rocks glasses.

Karen Talbot is an award-winning scientific illustrator and fine artist known primarily for her lifelike paintings of natural history subjects, especially fishes, birds and botanicals. Living on the coast of Maine, Karen takes her inspiration from Oceans, streams, forests, and mountains where she regularly dives, fishes, and climbs. An ardent conservationist, she aims to educate through her art, and she donates a percentage of sales to help conserve the wildlands (and oceans) that inspire her. (www.karentalbotart.com)
The handcrafted print frame is made using solid Birdseye Maple using historic mortise and tenon draw bore joinery, finished with traditional hand tools. The draw bore pins are hand cut from cherry. The frame is finished with a formula of the finest natural oils, resins, and waxes, from a small producer in Yorkshire, England, to produce a hard, bright, breathable, figure-enhancing appearance.

The frame was created by Jim Slutz, a hobbyist hand tool craftsman, avid outdoorsman, and TRCP supporter.

Also included are two matching Pheasant print glasses perfect for you and your hunting partner to toast a successful day in the field.

A 5% shipping and handling fee will be applied at checkout.
