This wonderful original water color double-matted, double-framed farm house from 1892 is a wonderful memory of a time past. In the quiet Sand Creek Township, in Bartholomew County, Indiana, lies the charming Elnora Daugherty Farm. This historic estate, built in 1892, is a perfect example of Queen Anne style architecture, with its distinctive two-and-a-half-story wooden structure. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992, the farm is an important testament to Indiana's rural past.

Frame is 13 1/2 inches high by 15 1/2 inches wide. Original water color is 3 1/2 inches high by 5 1/2 inches high.
