Relax and unwind with friends or family this fall or spring 2025 for 4-nights at The Bright Side. This charming cottage is nestled on a one-acre wooded lot in lovely Union Pier, Michigan, it's just 90 minutes from Chicago and 35 minutes from South Bend.

The Bright Side has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can sleep 8 comfortably. The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed along with a view of the backyard and a private bath. The 2nd floor "bunkroom" can accommodate 5 with 1 queen bed and 3 twins - this is an ideal spot for letting kids have their own space.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and has a 32" tv and wireless internet. The dining room features a sunny alcove that provides the perfect base to come together and share stories about the day's adventures. A sun room at the front of the house is a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning, relax with a great read or a take a nap after a day at the beach.

The property has a grill, generous outdoor seating on a large deck and seating for 7 around a fire pit. All towels (bath & beach) and bedding are provided. Guests are welcome to use equipment for the beach (e.g. umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, etc.).

Lake Michigan beaches and the Galien River are just 1 mile away and great antique shops, wineries, and orchards dot the local roads. Whether you want to relax at the beach, kayak on the river, take long bike rides or find treasures you can't live without, The Bright Side is the place to stay. Make the most of the Midwest!
