Travel Package is for up to the Stated Number of Guests in a Resort Accommodation. Certificate Must be Activated Within 12 Months of the Event Date, and Travel Must be Booked Within 12 Months of Activation. Travel May be Taken Anytime Throughout the Year, With the Exception of Blackout Dates Listed on The Certificate and Subject to Availability. Blackout Dates Include Christmas Week; New Year's Week; Martin Luther King Week; Presidents' Day Week; July 4th Weekend; and Labor Day Weekend. Once a Reservation is Confirmed, it is Final. Packages Are Non-Refundable. Rebooking Terms: Complimentary Rebooking Is Permitted One Time Only, Based on Space and Availability of the Originally Booked Room Type. Resort Fees, Cleaning Fees, Parking, Taxes, and Any Security Deposits are the Responsibility of the Traveler. Certificates Should be Handled with Care as They are the Same as Cash. Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Certificates Cannot be Replaced. Certificates Must be Presented at Check-In If Requested. Certificates are Not Redeemable for Cash, Cannot be Resold or Transferred, and are Valid Only for the Package as Described. Reservations Must be Booked Through the Service Provider Listed on the Certificate. Direct Booking with Nobu Hotels & Residences or the Resort is Not Permitted. All Guests Must Comply with Resort Policies, Including Occupancy Limits, Quiet Hours, And Community Regulations. Failure to Comply May Result in Additional Charges or Forfeiture of Stay. The Provider and Resort Management are not Responsible for Acts of Nature, Maintenance, or Other Circumstances Beyond Their Control That May Impact the Availability or Quality of the Stay. In the Event the Specified Resort or Unit is Unavailable, Comparable Accommodations of Equal or Greater Value Will Be Provided. Airfare, Transportation, and Travel Insurance are not Included Unless Explicitly Stated on the Certificate. A Rental Agreement Must Be Signed Prior to Your Stay. ID(s) May be Requested for Verification After Booking. A Valid Credit Card is Required for Any Applicable Fees, Security Deposits, and Damages to the Premises.
