A redemption certificate will be emailed to the winning bidder. Please allow 21 business days after your event to receive your certificate. Reservations must be booked at least 60 days before travel, and hotel rooms are subject to availability. Reservations must be booked within 12 months, and travel must be completed within 24 months of event date. Once confirmed, all reservations are final. Travel packages may not be transferred, resold, or offered for bidding at other auctions. This travel package is nonrefundable. Event tickets will either be available for pick up at the event or will be mailed to the winning bidder a minimum of one-week before the event.
