Each Embryo package will consist of Grade 1 and or Grade 2 embryos. We will guarantee the 2s the same as 1s. We will guarantee at least 1 60 day pregnancy per three embryos transferred under the following terms:

Transfers have to be made by a certified embryos.

All Embryos must be transferred within one-year of the date of purchase.

All embryos must be removed from sellers account within 30 days of purchase or they will become property of the seller. 

Sexed embryos were all performed by Transova Genetics. There rating is greater than 95% female pregnancies will be females.

The sexed Red River Lot 10 are the last 3 in existence and may be replaced with another embryo of the same donor in the event there isn't a 60 day pregnancy confirmed. 

The buyer must follow all of Transova thawing instructions.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. To avoid that fee you can send a check by mail to:
