Everything ships from Nichols Cryo Genetics, Custom Genetic Solutions, Champion Genetics, Streamline Genetics or Trans Ova unless specifically noted in the footnotes. We will work with buyers to ensure that shipping will be the most cost effective it can be.

Purchase, Shipping and Storage Guidelines:
Purchases must be paid for within 2 weeks of the sale unless other arrangements are made. Credit card will be charged after 2 weeks.

If shipping/storage arrangements aren't made within 30 days of the sale, the product becomes the property of the seller with no refund given. We will gladly store the product but it must be arranged within 30 days of the sale.

Embryo Guarantees:

There are no implied guarantees unless specifically noted in the footnotes. All embryos have been collected and frozen by certified embryologists and have been stored at the ET centers since being caned. We stand behind the quality of every embryo produced and sold and have an extensive list of successful calves resulting from embryos purchased. If there is a malfunction with the straw, we will replace the embryo with the same mating or if that mating is not available, of a mating of similar value.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. To avoid that fee you can send a check by mail to:
