Newer home with views of Lake Michigan and deeded beach access. A private experience will allow you to unwind and take in the serene setting. Lots of things to do around the town including: horseback riding, produce picking, fishing, boating, beach, dune rides, camping, and vineyard. The larger bedrooms are great for family stays and the open floor plan with huge deck with great views is great for entertaining. Hearing the waves crashing will remind you that it is time to relax and recharge.
The space:
4000sqft beach house on Lake Michigan. Finished basement great for entertaining on rainy days. Beach is outstanding, and the nearby harbor towns are very cute! Home is easily accessible with nice parking. Wooded lot of which you can see the lake from the living room and kitchen.
Guest access:
Everything except the attached garage.
Other things to note:
Use of gas grill, deck chairs, beach chairs, and electronics all allowed for enjoying.
