What is the Pioneer Premier Auction?
The Hill-Murray Pioneer Premier Auction is the largest community fundraising event of the year at Hill-Murray. Current parents, past parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of the school gather every April to support the Hill-Murray community. The sense of community is unparalleled to any other event of its kind!
How do I attend the event?
The Auction will be held in the transformed Hill-Murray Gym and Fieldhouse on April 26, 2025. To attend, you can purchase individual tickets or you can sponsor a table. The silent auction can be viewed online starting on April 20th at Noon!
What can I expect at the Pioneer Premier Auction?
At our event, guests enjoy a live and silent auction with hundreds of items to bid on at all price points. There is an inspirational program featuring our faculty and students during the three-course sit-down dinner while listening to a world-class musical performance by our very own Hill-Murray Theatre students. Students are also a large part of our event helping with check-in, silent auction bidding, seating and the check-out process.
Can I sit with friends?
When purchasing your tickets, you can specify a table or group you'd like to sit with by entering the details in the "Table Seating Requests" box at the bottom of page 2 during checkout. If your friends have already started a table, ask them for the group name they've entered to ensure you're seated together. If you've already purchased tickets and need to make a request, please email: [email protected].
Want to sit with other freshman parents? Senior parents? Would you prefer to be with fellow soccer or show choir families? Let us know, and we'll do our best to group you with others based on your interests and classes!
What form of payment do you accept?
Your credit card from your ticket purchase is saved in our bidding software, GiveSmart, for future bidding.
Can I attend virtually?
You will be able to watch the live stream on pioneer.givesmart.com. The silent auction is open to all for online bidding starting on April 20th at Noon. You do not need to be present to win the Raffle. The Live Auction is only available by attending the live event.
What is the dress code for the Pioneer Premier Auction?
The dress code is semi-formal to formal. We encourage attire to match the theme, but no need to buy something new, just wear what makes you feel great!
Where can I park and enter for the Pioneer Premier Auction?
Please park in the school parking lot and enter through the doors just inside the Football Stadium entrance. Walk like you are entering for a football game and the door to the right just inside the stadium entrance will have a check-in table with nametags.
