Official Holiday Basket Raffle Rules and Regulations

The Holiday Basket Raffle is an annual fundraising event that benefits Merrimack Repertory Theatre's
community and educational programs.

We have two gargantuan "baskets" for you to win!

Raffle tickets are $5 each, 5 tickets for $20, 30 tickets for $100 and are available for sale online or during performances of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein and A Christmas Carol, November 20 through December 22, 2024 at the Nancy L. Donahue Theatre in Liberty Hall.

The drawing will take place on Sunday, December 22, 2024 after the conclusion of the performance. All purchased raffle tickets will be printed with purchasers' name, and phone number, and placed within a single bucket. TWO winners will be randomly chosen from the bucket. First one drawn selects which "basket" is preferred. Second one drawn receives the other. Odds of winning depend on the total number of qualified entries.

Winners do not need to be present to win. If necessary, winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone within three (3) days of the drawing. If the winner does not contact MRT to claim prize by December 30, 2024, or if winner is deemed ineligible to win, MRT will select an alternate winner through random drawing of entries.

Employees of Merrimack Repertory Theatre and members of their respective families living in the same household are not eligible to win. MRT Holiday Basket Raffle shall be open to legal residents of the United States. Winners must show proper identification/proof of age (21+) when claiming prizes. The prizes may not be substituted or exchanged. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Merrimack Repertory Theatre, which are binding and final on matters relating to this raffle. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Raffle purchases are not tax deductible.
