Welcome to the Annual MC Show Cattle Female Sale! We would like to sincerely thank you for your interest in this set of females. This year, we are offering a strong set of Hereford Females with the exception of one Charolais. We are very excited to be offering a group this deep, and we strongly believe in what they represent. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or would like to view the cattle in person prior to sale day.
We reserve the right to two successful flushes (with a minimum of 12 eggs) on all females in the offering, unless noted otherwise in the Special Terms section of a specific lot.
Tattooing: All cattle are tattooed prior to leaving Rainbow Cattle Service (where Sale Cattle are located). All registration papers will be transferred once the calf has been paid in full.
Guarantee: We do guarantee fertility (either a live calf or an embryo) however disposition, quality, soundness, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. All cattle are property of the new owner once the sale is complete, meaning if they are left here and something unfortunate were to happen to the heifer, it is the buyer's responsibility. All Cattle left longer then twelve days post sale will be charged $25.00 a day unless prior arrangements are made.
Shipping: Although shipping is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer, MC Show Cattle will be more than happy to assist anyone that needs help finding transportation for their purchase. If these heifers are needed prior to the Texas validation deadline, we ask that you let us know in advance so that we have some time to prepare trucking and paper transfer.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.
SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
