Many know the story of how the construction of I-94 destroyed the Rondo neighborhood, which was home to a thriving African-American community. But few have heard stories and accounts first-hand. Rondo Elder, historian, and author Frank White will share his time and historical knowledge with one lucky bidder and three (3) friends for a 90-minute driving tour of Historic Rondo.

Frank White is a long-time sports and recreation professional, author, and Minnesota sports community advocate. Frank is currently a retired curator, historian and author. His recent book entitled "They Played for the Love of the Game" chronicles the baseball participation of African Americans in Minnesota. It is one of several of his projects focusing on the history of sport in Saint Paul. Through his speaking engagements for various organizations and libraries, Frank promotes the legacy of African American sports especially baseball in the Rondo Neighborhood.

Date to be mutually agreed upon between Frank White and the winning bidder. Tour can take place April through September 2025.
