Tonight's silent and live auctions benefit ALSF and the fight against childhood cancer. The silent and live auction bidding is powered through GiveSmart. Guests can bid by text, on a smartphone or tablet. ALSF Staff is available to assist you.

Silent Auction Rules

• You may continue to bid on an item you would like until the silent auction closes at 10:15 pm ET on January 18, 2025.

• You must bid within or above the suggested increments. You will be notified if your bid is not accepted.

• In the event of any dispute, the Auction Coordinator shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the winning bid.

• GiveSmart does not share or sell personal information. Their privacy policy can be found at GiveSmart.com.

Live Auction Rules

• To bid, raise your hand high so it can be easily seen until the auctioneer or one of the spotters acknowledges it.

Conditions of Sale

• All auction sales are final "as is" or "as accepted." There will be no exchange or refund on items unless otherwise specified.

• The dates and times of items listed as "mutually agreed upon" are to be arranged between the donor and the buyer.

• All rooms and services must be used within one year unless otherwise specified.

• All private home, resort or vacation items are offered to adults and families; minors must be accompanied by adults.

• Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and the item donor cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of any auction item purchased.

• Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation has endeavored to catalogue and describe the auction items correctly, but all items are sold "as is." No statements made on auction signage or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.

• Bidders should carefully note the specific restrictions, conditions and expiration dates for items purchased.

• No refunds are permitted for canceled, lost or unused tickets and/or accommodations.

Close of Auction

• All silent auction items will close automatically at 10:15 pm ET on January 18, 2025. Payment

• Payment may be made with cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Arrangements may be made for larger-ticket items.

• All items must be paid in full before pick-up. Guests can pay via "Express Check-out" on the GiveSmart website or text. Checks and cash will also be accepted at the check-out desk starting at 10:15 pm.

• Checks should be made payable to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.

• All items will either be taken home the evening of the event or sent to the winner directly. All alcohol must be picked up in the Philadelphia area as we cannot ship.

• Please carefully check envelopes containing gift certificates before leaving.

Deductibility

• Only the portion that exceeds the stated value of the item is tax-deductible for federal or state income tax purposes.
