Restrictions: The party must be scheduled a minimum of two months in advance for a mutually-agreeable date on a Sunday through Thursday at the Quirk Hotel Richmond. The party may be scheduled only during the Q Rooftop Bar seasonal operating period (April 15-October 15, 2025), weather permitting. Holidays are excluded. Other blackout dates may apply. The party is limited to two hours and must be completed by 9 p.m.
