Dignity Project (DBA: Well Grounded Coffee Community) is a nonprofit that functions as a community coffee house. We hire women who need a second chance. They have experienced trauma, abuse, prison, addiction, and homelessness. We hire, train, and journey along-side of them, providing many resources including job skills, case-management, education, a car matching opportunity, and more. We are a sisterhood and a safe place to heal, grow, and succeed.
