• Hunt valid for 2 years from event date.
• Reservation must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase.
• Extension available for $150 per hunter.
• Cancellation within 90 days of departure forfeits most fees; outside 90 days a $100/hunter cancellation fee applies.
• Extra hunters may be added for $950 each; non-hunters may join for $1,450/week.
• Lodges generally accommodate 2 per room; some locations may place 3 per room depending on availability.
