Covert Estate is the result of the collaboration and hard work of three families - Cal and Pam Nicholson, Dave and Laura Nestor, and winemaker Julien Fayard.

Located in Napa Valley on the eastern hills of the Vacas Mountain Range in the Coombsville Appellation, the Covert Estate sits underground between the vineyard and the oak grove, and can only be seen from a bird's-eye view. Out of respect for the environment, Covert is committed to making a minimal footprint on the land. Dedicated, extraordinary and unexpected - that is Covert Estate.

Covert Estate invites you and 7 guests to join them for an exclusive and extraordinary evening. Experience their elegant, terroir-driven wines during an intimate private dinner at the luxurious estate. Hosted in their underground facility, the evening will include a tour of the estate caves, followed by a four-course dinner curated by a famed local chef paired with their single-vineyard, small lot, limited production wines - accessible by allocation only.
