Join the cuddly cats and cute canines of Abandoned Pet Rescue (APR) for a Sunday morning that combines wellness, furry friends, and community fun!
Start your day with a session of cat yoga inside our cozy studio, led by Heather Jo Allen. This yoga and meditation session will be shared with APR's adoptable cats and kittens.
After yoga, step outside to meet our adoptable dogs while you enjoy free coffee, tea, and pastries from Wilton Manors' favorite, Aroma Joe's. Mingle with our friendly pups while exploring our community partner vendor booths.
And don't miss out on our raffle! We've got an array of exciting prizes for both humans and pets.

With only 30 spaces available, we expect this event to sell out very quickly.
Cost: A suggested minimum donation of just $25 per participant.
100% of proceeds from every ticket purchased goes directly to supporting APR's mission: rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned and neglected cats and dogs.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your yoga mat and meet our adorable cats.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Heather Jo Allen is a 500 RYT in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and is passionate about guiding heart centered practices that invite a bit more ease, grace, balance, joy, compassion, gratitude, and joy into your life. Off the mat, Heather is a practicing attorney, lover of music, books, nature, and life, and is a dog mom to Beau and Chickpea, two senior pups adopted through Abandoned Pet Rescue. Heather is grateful for the opportunity to share the beautiful gift of yoga with you in support of Abandoned Pet Rescue's mission.
