Thank you for taking time to view our offering in our 2nd Annual Cummins Land and Cattle Smart Auctions Sale.  Although we are not new to the cattle business, we are new to the purebred Hereford Business.  We have always ran commercial cattle and farmed in the Hollis area and our kids, Cooper, Cara and Crew are heavily involved with showing livestock.  They have been more and more involved showing heifers and the switch to the Hereford breed was inevitable as we've always loved a good Hereford female and the Hereford bulls we have used on our commercial herd raised the biggest best black baldy calves.  So, a few summers ago we bought a set of Hereford pairs from Express ranches with our good friend and neighbor Jeremy Robinson.  In addition to the Herefords we have also been buying good maternally bred Angus from Express Ranches with another good friend Weston Kay and like the Herefords in year's past many of them are the first calves on the side of the cows from Express and carry the EXAR prefix. This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. To avoid that fee you can send a check by mail to:
