The lucky winner will enjoy an East Hampton getaway! The home is ideal for 2 families but could accommodate 3 if needed.

This house is located in the area called the Springs which allows you access to both Bay and Ocean beaches. Ocean beaches are about a 10 min drive and Bay beaches are just a few minutes away. There are restaurants close by and about five minutes drive to both East Hampton and Amagansett villages.

Heated pool with a built-in hot tub. Outdoor patio has a large space to dine alfresco comfortably with 10 people. Outdoor grill and fire pit. Basement has a large projector screen to enjoy movies. Outdoor TV and mini basketball court. Sonos speakers throughout the house and outdoor spaces as well as keyless entry.
