Gala event benefiting Cristo Rey Fort Worth!
Cristo Rey Fort Worth is dedicated to providing a transformative educational experience for students from families with limited financial resources, empowering them with the skills and opportunities to build successful futures. Your attendance at the 5th Annual Boots & BBQ Gala directly supports this mission, helping us continue to break down barriers and create pathways to higher education and career success for our students.
At Cristo Rey, I'm receiving more than an education, I'm receiving opportunities I never imagined. Through the corporate work study program, I've learned skills that have given me confidence and allowed me to not only dream about my goals but be able to actively prepare for the future. Every day working at Alcon, I'm gaining real-world experience that's preparing me for college and beyond. Cristo Rey provides a very supportive environment from our teachers and staff to our supervisors within our corporate jobs that allows us to receive more than just an education as high schoolers, but many opportunities. Cristo Rey has changed my life, and I know it's just the beginning. -Ariana Garcia, Class of 2026

Can't Make It? No problem! You Can Still Support!
The Cristo Rey model allows students to earn much of the cost of their education through the school's innovative Corporate Work Study by working 1 day a week. The remaining balance comes from supporters like you.
The cost for one student for one year is approximately $17,000, of which most families pay an average of $1,200. The Corporate Work Study Program currently generates $8,300 per student, leaving a gap of $7,500. Support these inspiring students through the Scholarship Program at any amount, gifts of all sizes are welcome and appreciated.
