Grab three friends for a Texas-sized good time! Enjoy a complete dining experience at CIA grad, Aaron Bludorn's '06 eponymous Gulf Coast restaurant. Chef Aaron's mission to "create meaningful experiences through food and hospitality" led him to work in some of the most renowned kitchens in the country, including Cafe Boulud where he met his wife and partner, Victoria. Their restaurant, Bludorn, is a neighborhood landmark that serves seasonal, French-inspired, New American cuisine that will have your whole table declaring "delicieux!" Your evening will begin with a warm welcome complete with Champagne and canapes. Each guest will then have their choice of appetizer, entree, and dessert from the menu. Every course will be expertly paired by their sommelier with wine from Bludorn's curated by-the-glass selection of global wines, making sure each bite is matched with the perfect sip.

The winning bidder will receive:
