Celebrate one of tonight's honorees and proud CIA alum in the city he helped put on the culinary map courtesy of honoree I. Pano Karatassos '60. Experience Pano's taste-making talents for yourself at two of his restaurants, Kyma and Bistro Niko, both of which are consistently among the top dining locations in Atlanta. Start with a meze tasting with wine pairings at Kyma, a contemporary seafood tavern with a menu that is inventive, approachable, and embodies the Mediterranean roots of both our honoree and his son and Kyma Executive Chef, Pano I. Karatassos '96. Then head over to Bistro Niko, where you'll enjoy classic French entrees and desserts with a modern flair, from executive chef Gary Donlick '90.
Not only will you be treated to a night of delicious Mediterranean and French cuisine, you'll also be able to extend your stay to explore the many sights and experiences Atlanta has to offer with three nights at the Westin Peachtree Plaza.
